Child and Family Development Programs (CFDP)

CFDP was created to provide a broad range of services designed to meet the needs of children and families. By utilizing existing services and fostering community collaborations, CFDP is able to provide:

  • Resources & Referrals
  • Quality Pre-school
  • Parent Education
  • Financial Resources
  • Parent Involvement
  • Prenatal Services
  • Infant/Toddler Program
